 1. Enrollment and Payment

 

Enrollment: By enrolling in a course at Success Forum, students agree to adhere to the institute’s policies, including this refund and cancellation policy.

Payment: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

 

 2. Cancellation Policy

 

– Course Cancellation by Student:

  – Before Course Commencement: Students may cancel their enrollment up to [2 days] before the course start date without any penalties. In this case, no fees will be charged.

  – After Course Commencement: Once the course has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. However, students may transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value, subject to availability and approval by the administration.

 

– Course Cancellation by Success Forum:

  – In the unlikely event that Success Forum cancels a course, students will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

– Zero Fees Refund: As a policy, Success Forum does not offer refunds for courses once the course has commenced. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality of education and resources for all students.

– Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, severe personal circumstances), students may submit a written request for a refund. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be at the sole discretion of the administration.

 

 4. Course Transfers

 

– Eligibility: Students may request to transfer to a different course before the original course commences. Transfers are subject to course availability and approval by the administration.

– Fees: No additional fees will be charged for transferring to a different course of equal value. If the new course has a higher fee, students must pay the difference.

 

 5. Communication
