1. Introduction
Welcome to Success Forum. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the course prerequisites as outlined in the course description.
2.2 Application: To enroll, you must complete the registration form and pay the required fees.
2.3 Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Course Fees: Course fees are as listed on the Success Forum website and are subject to change.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI and bank transfer to our Company’s account.
3.3 Due Date: Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. A penalty of Rs100 per day upon due date passes.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Zero Refund: No refund is available if you cancel your enrollment after the course starts.
4.2 Partial Refund: A 50% refund is available if you cancel within 2 days but before the course starts.
4.3 **No Refund:** No refunds are given after starting of the course.
5. Cancellation and Non-Transferability
5.1 No Cancellation: Once enrolled, you cannot cancel your enrollment. You are committed to completing the course.
5.2 Non-Transferable: Enrollment and course fees are non-transferable to other individuals or other courses.
6. Course Materials
6.1 Access: Course materials will be provided through the Success Forum online portal.
6.2 Usage: Materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Behaviour: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
7.2 Discipline: Success Forum reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership: All course materials, content, and intellectual property are owned by Success Forum.
8.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the materials without explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Success Forum is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your enrollment or participation in our courses.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Amendments
Success Forum reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and our website.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thane, Maharashtra.
